2 red bell peppers (4 green bell peppers)
5 reapers (10 large jalapenos)
1c apple cider vinegar
4c granulated sugar
one packet sure jell original fruit pectin
tablespoon of butter/alternative **optional**
**prepare/sanitize your jars before starting**
- blend all peppers together
- strain excess fluid out of blended peppers
- add peppers, vinegar, pectin and butter to pot
- bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly
- add sugar
- bring back to full rolling boil for exactly one minute, stirring constantly
- immediately ladle into ball jars
- water jacket can the jars if you want it to be shelf stable long-period
