3c peppers and garlc
1c ferment brine
2c white vinegar
Blend
Two 16oz jars weggies mole sacuce
Immersion blend few min
Boil for 5-10
Add water to adjust thickness
3c water is a little too much (try 1.5 next time)
PH 2.1
Added 1.75c sugar during boil
0.25c molasses
Came out hot, smoky and sweet
