Jalapeno Tomatillo Pineapple Sauce

In blender


607g roasted pineapple (one reg pineapple)
794g roasted tomatillos with all pan water and drizzle of oil (10 of varying size)
One cup white vinegar

Second round blender, divided in half


603g fermented jap and garlic
2cup white vinegar
1cup apple cider vingar
2cup water

In pot:


Cup of maple syrup
1/4c cumin
1/4c salt
2T cinnamon
1/4c oregano

Simmer/boil for 25min or so, then strain everything.
